This place is amazing! First i want to mention that I was a customer of the restaurant as well as an employee. Both experience made me feel amazing. The whole restaurant team from manager to servers bartenders cooks etc are very professional. They are very attentive to the wishes of the clients, in this restaurant they work with love, all employees being friends. Was a bit skeptical of going based on the other reviews but I don't think it was as bad as some of the reviews made it seem. Our food was good and our margaritas were tasty. The salsa and rice were bland but our tacos were very flavorful, service was good. The view was amazing and the atmosphere was the main reason we wanted to dine here. All around a good experience.

As far as food in the Dells goes, Mexicali Rose was pretty good! My husband and I got fajita platters - steak and carnitas. Both had a very satisfying sizzle and were flavored well. The steak was a bit tastier than the carnitas though in my opinion but both are great options. Also, we were sat by a window and the lakeside views were so pretty!
