My family and I started getting our Carmel apples and chocolate from here since the early 90's now my kids take their kids to do the same. It turned into a family tradition whenever we travel to the Dells, always a great time on the strip!
This is one of my favorite places to get my maple fudge when visiting the dells. My only compliant was the young girl who was training the new girl - at the cash register last night was not very patient nor understanding that the new girl was nervous and seemed to be rushing her. I thought the girl assisting me was doing a great job and I wanted her to know that.
The candy is incredible and it’s very cool to be able to see the process…. But the staff on Friday were miserable, rude and unfriendly. Very disappointing considering you’re paying premium prices for the product, one would think that you could give some reasonable customer service.
