VERY RUDE manager. we ordered gluten free and received gluten. manager said she would comp the meal then proceeded to say. "those words never came pit of my mouth." We ended up having to go home early from our christmas vacation due to being glutened (we have celiac).
We ordered food from there today April 21st around 2:30 pm and they messrd it up. My husband had chicken mac an cheese and the noodles an stuff were cold, the ranch was suspose to be pepper ranch an it was dill ranch plus the noodles were rubbery.
My daughter an her boyfriend both ordered the cheesecurd burger an fries but ended up with some cheezy cheeseburger instead. When they went to ask for thier correct food the lady was rude but gave my daighter a couple pieces...read full review
I rarely write bad reviews especially when it's a first experience as I understand things can happen but people need to know to save their money and time and go somewhere else.
We had a table of 8 evening of 12/29/23. The restaurant was busy but not busy enough to justify over an hr wait for some burgers and a brisket sandwich. Our server checked on us once within that hour time and that was well after all the kids in our group had been out of drinks for quite some time.
