About Sortino's Italian Kitchen - Wisconsin Dells

Sortino's Italian Kitchen offers a variety of traditional Italian dishes with generous portions and good flavors. Guests praise the food quality, with favorites like chicken parmesan, meatball sub, and seafood fra diavolo pizza receiving high marks. The penne alla vodka is notably popular, especially when served with shrimp, as one reviewer enthusiastically described. Appetizers such as bruschetta and drinks like the margarita Italiano and in-house cherry juice are well-liked and add to the dining experience. The garlic sauce on the three cheese tortellini is highlighted as especially delicious.

Service is often mentioned positively, with servers like Oswaldo and Alex receiving compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness. Many visitors appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. The restaurant's indoor setting provides a convenient dining option, especially in colder weather or at night.

However, some reviews point out that the prices are on the higher side, and there are concerns about the quality of certain items like stuffed shells and calamari, which some felt were frozen and drowned in sauce. Despite this, many guests agree that the overall experience is satisfying and enjoyable enough to return. Overall, Sortino's Italian Kitchen is seen as a good spot for authentic Italian food with friendly service and a comfortable setting.
