Wonderful dining experience. What impressed me most was how well the wait staff worked to make it a top notch night. The prime rib was some of the best I’ve ever had, impressed with the salad bar, freshness, and so many choices. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back to try more. Keep up the great work as it really showed through.

We recently visited this restaurant and left feeling disappointed for the value received. While the service was friendly and generally good, the overall experience did not justify the premium prices being charged.
The menu and pricing suggest a higher-end supper club experience, but the food itself was fairly standard. The prime rib, which should have been a highlight, appeared to have an attempted crust added to the exterior. Unfortunately, it resulted in the edges being overly salty and peppery to the point of being inedible.
Another concern was that our beverages were served by a very young child. While some may find this charming, when a restaurant is charging premium prices, we expect a level of professionalism that aligns with those prices.
We were also surprised by a $13 cake-cutting fee. We had asked in advance whether bringing our own cake was acceptable and were never informed of any additional charge even when I had told the server I could cut it at the table - I was told it was ok she could do it.
Overall, if the prices were lower, some of these issues might be easier to overlook. However, when customers are paying top-tier supper club prices, they expect food quality, service standards, and transparency that match the cost. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations.

Good Old Fashioned Wisconsin supper club. The food was all great. Our table had both steak, which they said melted in your mouth and seafood. There was even a small salad bar.

Great little Supper Club. Great Ribeye and Baked Potatoes. Love going here.

we brought a group of 10 (set up ahead of time) and it was the best time. everyone ate too much, took stuff home and we can't wait to come back! thank you for making this day even better yet!

Fantastic food! I have eaten steaks across the country and this steak is in the top 3 I have ever had beating out some areas like Kansas City.

Over all I was not impressed at all, steak was decently cooked, but the roasted garlic on top was just minced garlic from a jar...

The cheesy potatos were terrible, texture was off and all you tasted was cheddar cheese, nothing else.

The salad bar is very small with very few options, and no dressing at the salad bar, it has to be ordered separately.

Service at the bar was decent, table service not so much, our table was only asked 1 time how the food was, never asked about drinks etc...

The Branding Iron is a classic supper club in Wisconsin Rapids. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. They had all the standard Wisconsin supper club drinks and specials on old fashioneds. They have a nice salad bar with fresh items. The menu is standard with a focus on steaks and fish but they have smaller fare as well.

We had prime and fillet. Both were well cooked well and very tender. The side were good and the portions did the job.

As a supper should, they have low ceilings, a small intimate dining room, dark woods, low lighting, and a large well stocked bar with more good service. I will be back.

A local gem. My wife and I love this place. It can get very busy so a reservation is highly recommended as they do not have a very large dining room but that adds to its charm and warm intimate setting. We have a date night every Saturday and this is one of the places on our can't miss list. Although we like to try new places we love going back to places where we know the food will be great and the service is excellent. This is one of those places. the menu has a great selection of food, appetizers and main entrees, we love the salad bar and the drinks are smooth. I would definitely recommend this place for a date night.

Prime rib was so tough couldn't hardly chew it, steaks were extremely salty, chicken tenders were good and so were the tenderloin, rest of food was average at best

Loved the Christmas decorating inside, felt just right. Food was awesome too. Didn't take any photos of food because it was so good. Horseradish encrusted tenderloin and scallops rumaki were amazing. All the winter theme drinks were excellent too!
