I love Starbucks iced lattes, with extra shots of espresso and without sweeteners. I usually order a Venti, and drink it over a 2 hour trip. So, I enjoy a decent amount of ice, even though I've never had to ask for extra, even on hot days. Today, I ordered a Grande for a 30 minute drive. From the very start, my drink tasted watered down, and it looked like they're using tiny cubes, similar to crushed ice. Small cubes melt quicker! Maybe it's always been this...
Even at the drive thru the baristas are friendly and get to know you. It seems like they have been well coached in customer service and they work to build relationships with their customers. I love that.
Gabe replace my caramel ribbing crunch because they put whipped cream on it the first time. He did it with no hesitation and was glad to serve me. Thank you gabe for what I expect from Starbucks and their customer service you guys are great
