Hard to find. We saw sign but sign in parking lot of a café. Bar behind Cafe down an alley but sign doesn't point out direction. So we went to wrong place at first. Atmosphere a bit weird. Bar inside a pole barn of sorts. We told waitress 5 minutes to decide what we wanted but she didn't come back for 30 minutes. Once order in food came out fast & food was good.
We stopped in for a quick bite and got a couple burgers. Hands down, they have the best burgers in the area. The bar was pretty busy and we still got great service and a chance to chat with the bartender. She was amazing and you could tell she's the woman who holds the front end together. We will definitely be back to try the fish fry that they are pretty famous for.
When we first got our food, my burger was a little over done. Just wasn’t something I could personally stomach. They noticed I didn’t eat it at all. I told them it was okay, I wasn’t going to make a scene about it. I understand some places get busy and some places also have off nights (based off my own bartending experience) so I totally get it… Well, the owners went above and beyond to make it right!!!
