Super awesome workers here- we forgot a few items and they let us borrow some that they had in stock which was sooo helpful, brought wood to us, it was almost like having guest services since they patrolled our area often. We stayed in a 150s lot for tent camping and it was a short walk to the beach and bathrooms/showers, but worth it! First visit to Chapparal and would highly recommend.
Pros- Big Sites, super clean, large bathrooms, well groomed campsite and campground, the most dog friendly campground we’ve ever been too (dogs could even go on the beach and swim with their families. Lots of hiking and adorable small towns nearby with charm and character. The kids enjoyed the inflatables.
