Basic neighborhood Tavern. Their food is very good if you are patient as it’s a small kitchen and if there are several orders it takes a bit. My fave is a cheeseburger with tater tots. My wife and I will drive 30 minutes if that’s what we crave.
This was the first time we were at Double R Bar and we loved the "home feeling" as soon as we walked in! We ordered Cheeseburgers and fries and were served very quickly by friendly staff. The burgers are the best around so next your in the neighborhood give them a try! I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
Was taken back right away by the beautiful historic back bar! Great food, and service. Owner was awesome and welcoming! Larry also played us some great tunes! We will definitely be back!
