It's always like visiting family at Summit Ridge. Terry, Jen, & and Randy make you feel welcome and at home. Great food and hospitality. Their Thursday night car shows are not to be missed.
What a great restaurant. We went for Friday fish fry. We had the shrimp and fried cod. It was absolutely delicious. The salad bar was great. The sides were perfect, we had the asparagus and twice baked potato.

Fish, philly, and cheeseburgers were all excellent and came quickly. Salad bar had a ton of options and it was really nice that a gloved employee plated the salads so everything stayed clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.
