It's always like visiting family at Summit Ridge. Terry, Jen, & and Randy make you feel welcome and at home. Great food and hospitality. Their Thursday night car shows are not to be missed.
What a great restaurant. We went for Friday fish fry. We had the shrimp and fried cod. It was absolutely delicious. The salad bar was great. The sides were perfect, we had the asparagus and twice baked potato.

We were pretty disappointed at tonight's meal. Salad... asked for no veg.s. lettuce was not crispy and fresh and I tasted the cucumber she must have just taken off. Dumplings... not very hot and gravy was not thick like usual. Chicken... not hot and mine had an aftertaste I haven't experienced before here. My husband says the chicken was just "blah". We haven't been out here since before the holidays. Did you change owners again? I don't like...
