“Great food, prices and service. Limited menu of burgers, pizzas, a chicken sandwich and a steak sandwich. The place is always clean, the staff friendly and prompt, and the burgers delicious. $15 gets you a burger, beer, while leaving a nice tip.”

I can't think of the name of the dish, but man is it good. Their Thai Tea is great as well. If you haven't been, please go there and try it out. Everything is so fresh and fabulous.”

“An old fashioned diner with simple dishes at a fair price. Can’t say anything bad about the place. Waitresses were very friendly, answered questions with ease and checked back enough to make sure we had everything.
Seemed like lots of regulars and the staff was excited to see everyone and made them feel like family.
Food was good, homestyle and was prepared exactly as requested.
Coffee comes in a pitcher for the table so you never have to wait. A nice addition to the Northwoods town.”

“Great place! The food isn't your typical bar food, it's really good! The atmosphere is great with old rock playing and very nice decor everywhere, good mixed drinks and tap options for beer too. Fairly priced and good food. I'd recommend it!”

“We’ve had the pleasure of dining here several times…Celebrated birthdays, a couple holidays. Each time I have tried something new, usually one of the nightly specials. My husband primarily sticks with a ribeye. Each time has been excellent from libations, both the non & with alcohol choices (highly recommend the burnt sugar old fashioned) to service. Last night 3/20/2025 was beyond phenomenal….we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary & were treated like royalty. Serval selection made us feel like we were back in the southern Caribbean on our wedding day. Thank you Chef Joe, grill master-Clyde, stellar server (and dear friend)- Jody and all the other team members for an unforgettable experience/ wonderful evening. Blood Orange Margaritas, Tikka Masala, Caribbean Scallops w/ mango sauce, hand cut Ribeye w/ Maple Bourbon reduction & blue cheese, homemade Coconut Cake w/ grilled pineapple ice. CHEERS!”

“Super cute, great food and coffee and nice outdoor area. NOTE, however that it’s not ideal for remote/laptop working. They will ask you to leave, and there aren’t many outlets available. Great for meeting up with a friend or grabbing lunch. If you’re looking for a local cafe from which to work, try Bottled Bean instead.”

“The pancakes are to die for. I’m not a fan of the atypical American pancake. Unfortunately, I’ve had too many experiences where the center is not cooked and it just repulses me. Lida’s pancakes are light and fluffy and about half as thick as an American pancake, they’re not crêpes. Sooooo good. Occasionally, they even run a special with flavored pancakes. Example Carrot Cake Pancakes! Highly recommend. Their avocado toast is the best I’ve had in the area. The Gyro, Steakhouse burger, strawberry chicken salad & BBQ Chicken wrap are also amazing. Be sure to ask for their signature sauce- it’s delicious. All waitstaff are friendly & efficient. Kitchen staff does their best to get the orders out quickly, even when the place is packed. Outdoor dining area is lovely. And if you’re lucky you might be joined by the local wild deer that wander through the yard.”

“This place is a must if you're in the area! Plenty of seating inside and outside, cocktails, cocktails, coolers with to-go beveragesand delicious coffee drinks. Plus they have THC availability too for drinks if you dabble. Loved the service and presentation of everything!”
