Care was taken with each order (even the special orders) by our cashier, Jacob. The staff was quick, and our food was delivered in a timely manner and it was hot and delicious! “I work a lot and recently started a keto diet and it's hard to just run thru somewhere and get decent food for a diet. Usually I get a couple big macs without the bun and when I get it there's hardly any lettuce or anything on the meat. “Burger King on Wheeling island is the best!!! Never had to give 1 complaint. I always use the drive through. All their food is great and delicious and if they have me pull around to their parking, they bring it to me in a timely manner.

“We frequent this particular Taco Bell because it's the one closest to us. They are pretty speedy but sometimes to a fault. You may have missing items or the wrong item. In rare instances we have had stale bread products that are either hard or tuff to eat ( this doesn't happen too often) but it's disappointing when it does. They have some staff that are just not people oriented and there are a couple that are great and very helpful. I must say that most of the time our food is fresh and served fast.

She was very attentive to each customer and handled all the crowd and confusion very well. She is a plus to this establishment. She was focused and took care of each customer. “Amazing people here. Seriously. Transmission went out of my car with my girl and 5 month old baby and this McDonald's gave us refuge from 95° heat. They gave us water and food and the staff was so kind and understanding. Thank God for people like them.“

“I’m only leaving this review for the McDonald’s in Parkersburg, WV because it prompted me after reviewing another location. Overall, it’s what you’d expect from a typical fast-food stop—nothing bad, nothing exceptional.

The building looks a bit dated, but the service was quick and the food was consistent. I went through the drive-thru in the early afternoon, ordered a Quarter Pounder meal, and got my food without much of a wait. Pretty standard experience, but no complaints.“

“definitely deserves five stars, my server was so sweet and makes the best sweet tea! I made sure to ask who made that so they get a good word from me and it was our server, the dining room was clean and organized and our food got out quickly, the best personal pan! was so fresh and delicious, I think the tea was my favorite and I'll be returning for sure, the baskets on the tables were stocked up and very neat!“
