“(Tue.5.Nov.2022 @ 4pm) I recommend Arbys Resturant # 7301 in Vienna WV, when making any type wrap meal to “Go Lite” with the Sauce, so the Wrap can be wrapped more tightly. If add to much Sauce to Wrap it will soak thru the breading and cause the Wrap to become Soggy and Rip open, causing Customer not to enjoy his/her Lunch. Have Great Day“

The lady there Christina notonly came looking for me to fix the issue. When I called back she knew me by name guessing from the BK app order. “Store was super clean and every time I come in, it is the same employee, but he does a great job! Managers need to hire more employees because this guy deserves a day off.
As for the food, it was good but I am a little dissapointed about the poor quality of the vegetables. They were wilted, and some had brown edges. If I am paying 14+ for just a sandwich and a drink the veggies should be edible.“
