Good food, good service.Waitresses tell you mashed potatoes are real. Local regulars say the mashed potatoes are instant and vegetable sides come from a can. So, I ordered a baked potato. "Butter" is the cheapest, most tasteless oil based margarine.We visited after church the Sunday before Thanksgiving and had salad bar and smothered chicken. I had the meatloaf special yesterday, best meatloaf ever!!! Will definitely be going back for more! Breakfast is also always good. Excellent waiter and staff! I have yet to taste anything from there that I do not like.

The classic southern diner experience from the friendly service to the decor. I stopped here driving home from a ski trip on a suggestion by my sister and it did not disappoint. The from-scratch fried chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It came with a trip to the salad bar that had a bunch of options. I got a hot cup of coffee for a bit of energy for the rest of the drive and got it all for around 13 bucks.
