In a small rural area, finding a sound coffee shop is a challenge at times. There's been an emergence of a few in Hampshire County and the Coffee Shack has become one of my favorite weekend go-tos. The best sausage gravy I've ever had with homemade biscuits too. The eclairs are phenomenal. I just wish they weren't as popular so she didn't run out at times lol. She is willing to hold items for customers and I'm so grateful since I never know when I'm able to stop by. Just wish she was open everyday although my waist is happy she isn't ?
