Online order placed for pick up. Arrived to pick up, don’t have the order, they tell me. I checked online and see that the order was placed for this store. Argued with me about for a minute or so before finding my order, they misspelled the first name. Why no one thought to look at the last name is beyond me.
This is the 3rd time I have been here over the last couple of years and the last time I’m coming back. The food was cold after waiting an hour for it. They said the kitchen was behind and that’s how it has been every time I have been there. I’m not sure who is managing this place but they should be fired. Our waitress was amazing but was overwhelmed which wasn’t her fault. I won’t be coming back.
We were greeted and sat immediately by Miranda! She took our orders and told us about the kids menu items. She had our drinks in a flash to us! Kids loved their chicken tenders and Mac & Cheese. We had the bone in wings and nuggets. Fries and slaw. Our slaw had no dressing or anything. Just cabbage set up. It was not edible. Lots of sports on tvs and staff was busy. It’s a week before Xmas we hope you all stay busy!
Buffalo Wild Wings offers a variety of chicken wings with different sauces. The service and food temperature can be inconsistent at times. Drinks may take a while to arrive and might not always meet expectations, while the food may be served cold. However, some visitors have praised the tasty food and friendly service. There have been instances of mix-ups with orders, but the restaurant staff apologized and corrected the situation. The wait time for food can be longer than expected.
The restaurant features a lively atmosphere with multiple televisions playing sports. Customers have reported both positive and negative experiences. Some have enjoyed the bone-in wings, nuggets, and kids' menu items, while others have found the slaw to be unsatisfactory. The restaurant's staff, including the hostess, has received mixed reviews, with some customers experiencing delays in being seated and served.
