I went to Bellacinos in Beckley today for lunch. As I was waiting for my food, I noticed another customer bringing a plate back up towards the counter, and exchanging it with a plate an employee had. Then said employee said my name and brought that same plate over to me. When I questioned it, said employee responds with "no it's fine he never touched it." Food was rock hard and they NEVER came to the table for anything. All the tables were dirty and there was only one other table being used.
Good tasting food is nothing without a proficient management team. The customer who pays for the food is RIGHT. Teach YOUR workers verbiage. Educate them on the way that others use terminology. Saying “I want a specialty pizza I guess is what it’s called because I ONLY want these 2 toppings” it isn’t a complicated process to type in the system said toppings, and instead received a supreme with olives!
