The bathrooms at this place were soooooo nasty omg 😲 I didn't wanna sit down to poop so I stood up made it in just fine then realized there was no toilet paper ! For some reason there was no ketchup in the dispenser I told the girl with the buck teeth and she said it wasn't her job to fill it up . Wow horrible service there were flies buzzing all over everything It was nasty ! The patties were burnt i asked why the girl with the buck teeth said the broiler hadn't been cleaned and it had caught on fire 😳 🔥 so I went and threw it in the trash 😐 someone back there had bad B.O. to.

Bad experience over all. Gas station attached with very rude service and dirty facilities. The order was wrong (missing 4 items) and took 2 attempts to correct. The soda was mostly carbonation and lacking in syrup. Fries were hot which was a positive. About 12 minutes in the drive thru total and asked for us to pull forward with no cars in front or behind. The hand offs were rough and we weren’t thanked for our business.

Around 5pm yesterday I stopped in and when my food was ready I tried to get ketchup out of the dispenser on the counter and it was empty. I told a woman behind the counter and she gave me a few packets. The next customers in line had the same issue and got the same result. There were only 2 couples and myself in there at this time, so it's not like they were swamped. It took me a few minutes to eat but when I left no one had done anything to the ketchup dispenser yet. Why have one if no one will take the time to fill it?
This is why I'm giving this place 2 and 3 stars.

I am very disappointed on the type of business they’re running here. The broiler is not operational and they are still serving burnt patties to all of their customers. We complained on how badly burnt the patties were and the cook said we can’t fix it because the broiler is not working that well right now. So that’s all we are going to get.
I had to ask for a refund because of how bad it was.
The manager didn’t seem concerned at all about the situation and was more annoyed that I asked for a refund for it.

WE tried the patty melts, she had the bacon and I the mushroom patty melt sandwich, both were very good and tasty surprising for a fast food joint. The French fries were hot and delicious
It was a lunch we both enjoyed. We will be back again

Setting in drive thru as I am typing this staff here are very rude they act like it is going to kill them to take and make your order .

Food was great. Staff very nice. Food was very fresh. Best fries we have ever had at a burger King. Very motivated new hire.

The only issue was the men's room had no hand soap. I mentioned it the guy working the counter. He was friendly as usual. I stop here every 5 weeks on my business trips just get breakfast. It's a habit now. I drive 5 hours before eating but it's cool.

Slow slow slow drive through and counter took eight minutes to get asked if I needed something then on way around d restaurant two workers out there smoking. No wonder everyone is outside.
