When I ordered online, the app said ready, but it was a solid 10 minutes until my order was ready. Which could be a problem for doordash delivery drivers. The food was great!

App told us 5-9 minutes for food and it took 45. Had to take it to go because it took so long, only to find out that the kid’s meal was missing the chicken AND the side 🤦♀️ parking lot is horrific and it wasn’t worth going back

Extremely busy and trash everywhere. The app said 7 minute wait when we ended waiting 30 minutes. Order however was completely accurate and the service was pretty friendly considering how busy they were. Place mobile order 20-30 minutes before pick up.
Hours are posted until 9p, however doors were locked at 10 till, and drive thru closed early as well

The lettuce on my sandwich was very old and rotted. Come on people lettuce is relatively inexpensive so throw out the rotting stuff. It really turned me off.

Clean facility, friendly staff, always great food. When we got there the drive thru lanes were full and there and we took the next to last open parking spot. Long line but they know how to get you thru quick and get the food the table fast. Highly recommend if you’re traveling thru
I stayed in Beckley, WV on 29 July and ordered a Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich, but when I opened it, I was surprised to find a tiny piece of chicken that barely filled the bun. I immediately brought this to the staff's attention, and they were very apologetic. Without hesitation, they prepared a new deluxe sandwich for me, which was perfect this time around—juicy, flavorful, and everything I expect from Chick-fil-A.
While the initial issue was disappointing, the way the staff handled it was commendable. Their prompt response and excellent customer service turned the experience around, and I left satisfied. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re addressed that makes all the difference. Kudos to the team for making it right!

This was the dirtiest Chick-Fil-A I think my family has ever visited. I rarely leave feedback on google, but I thought another family with little children may benefit. The bathrooms were nasty and the baby changing station was gross. The food was okay, but I wonder if the kitchen is clean? It took forever to get two ice cream cones. I thought I was going to have to go back there and make them myself. lol. Traveling and it was not a time saver to stop.
Let me place a mobile order on July 4th even though they were not open (unknown to me). Called customer service, who said it was up to the store to refund my money. To this date, there is no refund. I guess this manager would rather keep my money and get a bad review than doing the right thing.

My family and I recently started eating here more. For the kids it was the first time ever eating here. The cashier waited patiently while the kiddos and my husband decided on their meals ( which took forever ). Very kind staff. Very clean restaurant always my go to in beckley.
We had a long wait for our food, which everyone was really kind and apologetic about. However, when we got our food, there were no napkins or straws and the dressing for the cool wrap was wrong. And to top it off the cool wrap had slimy lettuce in it. All the other parts of the order were fine.
