I just left drive through, 1/10/25, went through drive thru. The employee told me to "go ahead". Need more training on customer service skills. What should've been said by employee was, "How may I serve you today"?. Then after placing order I was not given a total for my purchase. I was told, "Pull around". As to what should have been said," Your total is $4.53, thank you, please pull around. It was a girl I spoke with, and it's not just this one time of being spoken to in a rude manner, but several times. The guy at the window was pleasant. You may not like your job, but your customers are the reason you have a paycheck. I live off harper road but I'll drive to Beaver for I have always had a great experience every visit! I know employers have to scrape the barrel just to find someone to stand there like a figure and do a half butt job. Let's bring back the generation that actually know professional customer service skills!

I am a VERY dissatisfied and will recommend that no one buys here! I stood there for 30 MINUTES in line waiting behind 4 people to purchase 1 SINGULAR icecream cake, while there was 4 kids behind the counter just staring at the customers refusing to step up to the register!!! HEY HARPER ROAD DAIRY QUEEN MAYBE INSTEAD OF HIRING IRRESPONSIBLE 14-15 YEAR OLDS THAT THINK WORK IS SOCIAL HOUR GET SOME RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK!!!! I personally worked for this company, I only lasted 3weeks before I had enough! It is all family who runs the business (not the owners btw) and they can't keep new employees, because they all gang up on them and try to make them quit! I've seen Managers over fry chicken because they didn't like a customer, I've seen them drop ice cream cones, cups, exc in the floor and still serve them to customers. The soda machines and chocolate/cherry dip has never been cleaned!! They have told stories about how old Managers would go and put a customers hamburger buns in nasty, dusty corners that had never been cleaned.. They are always so rude to anyone who calls on the phone, the dining room is always closed in the evening, because the managers are too lazy to help they would rather be on their phones or smoking weed in the back exc.. the list could go on, this place is an absolute joke!! I will never eat at this place again because of the the things I have seen, and heard as an employee..

Walked to place and dining room was closed by 8 pm. Asked if they could serve me and they told me I had to have a car to get service. Call ahead if you want service or go to Chick Fil A if you are in a hotel staying close to this area.

Okay, so I understand today is a holiday & all that. But, my issue is, I placed an order via the app, my order was paid for & received by the store. But once I traveled to the location & pull up to the speaker, it's stated that they are closed. Once I got back home, I looked online & it said they were closed, but drive through was open. So, not only was my husband's hard earned money taken, but I left with nothing I'd ordered. If they were actually closed at this location, why did it allow me to still place an order, & also take my husband's money?! This has been such a joke location for the past couple of years. I will be contacting who I need to, in order to get what we ordered, or get my husband's money back. Do better.
