We come here all the time when we come in from South Carolina because our boys play baseball At WVU Tech. It has become a fairly terrible place to go to because they are very unprofessional and always wanting to close early and lock the doors to customers to clean the “lobby” which is their way of cleaning early and walking out the door at 10 instead of doing their job when the shift is over. They ended up letting us in the night because we called six minutes before getting there to see if the lobby was open and it was and then they tried to lock us out when we got there and we told them we drove there because we were told it was open. While we were in there, one girl was cleaning the floors and was slamming all the chairs around really loud around it just to be a jerk. This is my one and only Review at 53 years old. If this tells you how bad it was. Also had a lot of people walk up to the door in the 20 minutes we were there and had to leave. Unfortunately, one young kid that came there and went to leave ended up, backing into a car and was so upset about it and it should’ve never happened because he should’ve been inside eating. Somebody really needs to address the employees in the store.

Do not waste your time. The in side at 7:30pm will not notice or take care of you. Three cars outside in drive thru and 5 to 6 workers. We were the first of 11 people inside waiting to even be acknowledged we were there. After 5 minutes of no service we chose to go somewhere that cares about their costumers.

Didn't get any of my chicken in my chicken basket, brought recipt and photos and they still wouldn't give me my chicken. Said they had it on camera them giving me my chicken tenders. They will go to hell for their lies.

I just left drive through, 1/10/25, went through drive thru. The employee told me to "go ahead". Need more training on customer service skills. What should've been said by employee was, "How may I serve you today"?. Then after placing order I was not given a total for my purchase. I was told, "Pull around". As to what should have been said," Your total is $4.53, thank you, please pull around. It was a girl I spoke with, and it's not just this one time of being spoken to in a rude manner, but several times. The guy at the window was pleasant. You may not like your job, but your customers are the reason you have a paycheck. I live off harper road but I'll drive to Beaver for I have always had a great experience every visit! I know employers have to scrape the barrel just to find someone to stand there like a figure and do a half butt job. Let's bring back the generation that actually know professional customer service skills!

I stood there for 30 MINUTES in line waiting behind 4 people to purchase 1 SINGULAR icecream cake, while there was 4 kids behind the counter just staring at the customers refusing to step up to the register!!!
