“Honestly, a pretty dirty little spot. Homeless people hang out in there for 6 to 7 hours straight. Some of them smell like they haven't showered in years. The staff is very friendly and professional. You can tell that they could all work somewhere more appealing than where they are. But given the area in general, they have chosen to do their best at this downtown McDonald's.“
“Amazing service, super friendly staff, and great location! Special mention to Abbie, who was super nice. We ordered hot teas, and she could see that it was hard to hold on to, so she just grabbed additional cups so we could place the original cups in them, and comfortably hold our drinks. She was also really nice, and the service was very prompt. Great service and great location!“

Each day I have had an iced coffee which has been specific in how I wanted it made. Every day they have failed miserably and even one day arguing over the fact that they filled the cup with ice instead of lite ice
Considering the price they charge for the add-ons of the expresso and the extra syrup I am highly unsatisfied with this week's visits“
