McDonald's in Christiansburg

“I don't usually expect standout customer service at a McDonald's so I wanted to leave a review because the Guest Experience Lead working today was absolutely exceptional.

While sitting near the register, I watched her juggle what seemed like a dozen different responsibilities at once. She was working the front counter, bringing food out to tables, running to help in the back when needed, answering questions about the menu and the mobile app, and even making recommendations for customers. Despite being constantly busy, she never seemed rushed or stressed.

What really stood out was how genuinely kind and engaged she was with everyone. She remembered some customers by name, asked about their kids, and was fantastic with the children coming through the restaurant. She treated every person with patience and warmth and seemed truly happy to be there.

You can tell when someone is just doing a job and when someone is giving it their all. She clearly cares about the job she's doing and takes pride in what she does, and it made the whole atmosphere of the restaurant better.

I hope the owner and management see this review and recognize her efforts. Employees like her are rare, and she deserves to be appreciated and rewarded for the outstanding job she's doing.“

“Pretty routine McDonalds. Just what we needed for dinner and a pit stop on a long road trip. Food was ready in fine time, and clean enough.

Ordered a large double quarter meal, 2 hamburgers, a large fry, 2 strawberry and cream pies, and a mcflurry. Our standard order, more or less, and all were as great as usual!“
