McDonald's in Roanoke

“I want to give a special shout out to this McDonald's they went above and beyond that getting our food promptly and correctly Unfortunately they have to deal with unruly people and I hate to say it homeless people somebody snatched our order off the counter just blatant disrespect instead of just asking somebody for food now they're just taking it with these food workers have to go through now it's unreal I commend all of them and just wanted to say You're supposed to try out for Erica for replacing our food if y'all haven't come and visit it's location I highly recommend it“

“Went around 330pm on a Monday. Money taking girl employee was very nice. The food window we got our drink right away but waited a bit for the food but the fries were hot and fresh so it was worth the extra minute or so we waited. It was a great experience overall.“

“Ehh.. it's McDonald's. Food timely and made well. Nothing really went wrong. Nothing even remotely that made it better than average either.
I just think the prices at Micky D's is certainly not budget pricing, for what you get. I guess it's a place you go in a pinch.“

“While the store is always clean and tidy, the service and food could use some work. Sometimes the food is extra greasy and the bottom bun is soggy or one time they made my double quarter pounder with cheese with lettuce and tomato and mayo which made it taste gross. Other than that, a pretty good McDonalds to eat at.“

“2 Double quarter pounders and a sweet tea were great on a hot day! Prices were ok and taxes were higher than I expected but not terrible. Drive through was backed up but it was lunch time so that's to be expected. Service window staff were friendly with big smiles and very polite. Overall it was a good experience and when in the area I will return for more. Thank you.“

“This is a guilty pleasure I enjoy way too much! You can't beat a fresh, hot fish sandwich and some good, hot McD's French fries. The same nice manager has been there for years and they've got it down to a science. The points for free food and app exclusive deals are awesome too. Salad the rest of the week though 😜“
