McDonald's in Lynchburg

“David waited on my family last night at the counter because I am older and hate a kiosk. He was very friendly and helpful. We bought one of everything and he just smiled and had such good customer service. I don't often visit this McDonald's on Timberlake Rd in Lynchburg VA but it was very clean and everything was nice. Take care of your good employees because I might just return and try to hire him. Thanks David! Kudos to his parents as well.“

“Amazing experience at this McDonalds! The manager here, Clayton, gave us 25 free breakfast sandwiches for us to serve to a local police department to show them appreciation, and then he threw in a bunch of free apple pies on top of the sandwiches we asked for! He made the process of coordinating the order seamless. He was very generous and they had the food ready at 6:30 AM right on time for us. Thank you to the manager Clayton! I highly recommend giving your business to this McDonalds!“

“The staff at the Old Forest Road McDonald’s were professional, courteous, and kept the line moving even during a busy time and although I needed to go inside because my order was wrong; they were respectful and made the experience less difficult. The manager corrected my order and his customer service was truly appreciate.“
