Went to get my mobile order and the gentleman at the speaker said he was having issues retrieving it and told me to pull to the first window. I got to the first window and the young lady with the moth tattoo on her neck went to hand me a coffee and I politely said that’s not mine and advised her the guy told me to pull to the first window because he couldn’t get my order to pull up. I showed her my order number. She had attitude right away and told me I’d have to go to the first window. I told her he told me to come there. She shut the window but didn’t close it all the way and began cursing. She then yelled at the guy ‘John’ to not send orders to her. She told me I’d have to go to the first window. I asked her, ‘so you’re expecting me to go back in line and go to the first window after being told to come to this window?’ She said yes that I have to go back into the line. She was very rude. I canceled my order.

Worst McDonald's experience in my entire life. This location is basically a homeless shelter. I'm not able to put into words how the restaurant smelled. I had to guide my 12-year old daughter out of the restaurant after waiting a couple of minutes of waiting and I had to literally cover my nose while waiting for my food order. I have no idea how I did not throw up. There must have been at least 4-6 extremely questionable characters inside the dining room. And this is supposed to be child friendly??? Whoever the manager was yesterday evening (Aug 4, 2025), should be ashamed of himself. We will never go back and we right a formal complaint to McDonald's HQ.

I ordered a egg McMuffin through the drive thru today, March 14, 2025 at 7:45 AM and brought it to work got here to eat it and the muffin was brown, almost black burnt and so hard it was hurting my teeth to bite into it. And I’m sorry they did not give me a receipt

Honestly, a pretty dirty little spot. Homeless people hang out in there for 6 to 7 hours straight. Some of them smell like they haven't showered in years. The staff is very friendly and professional. You can tell that they could all work somewhere more appealing than where they are. But given the area in general, they have chosen to do their best at this downtown McDonald's.

Waited over 20 minutes for my order. Then got handed the wrong order to go. Had to wait for another chicken burger to cook. Fry portioned at half if that and at this point cold. At least 2 employees were not in uniform. Older lady taking orders and cash did not wash her hands before entering the kitchen to help. Horrible place.

So lately I haven’t been eating fast food because of all the health hazards. Being a 15 year old athlete I try to stay healthy but today we’re going on a trip and got McDonald’s. I got the number 7. Two cheeseburgers with fries and I got a frozen coke.
So we pull up to the window and I get handed my fries and I eat one and I think to myself, wow, this doesn’t taste the same as normal. Now this just might be from me not eating it in a while but it didn’t taste or smell right. They smelt like the spray butter that people use on pans so things don’t stick. The taste was worse. It tasted like what mulch smells like. Or even cow manure. It was disgusting.
For the cheeseburger it smelt normal. The taste was a little off but overall the cheeseburger was good. The same thing for the frozen coke. So I don’t know if they changed their fries or something but they need to fix it.
Dietary restrictions: It’s not very healthy. I don’t think people understand everything that they’re eating and we’re basically slowly killing ourselves from the inside out. This isn’t healthy for your kids or elders. This isn’t healthy for athletes or active people.
Another thing is the healthy food that you should be eating is soooo expensive. It’s like they’re trying to not provide what people need. What has this world come to? This is not what God created this world for.

Most of their food is good. Their chicken big mac is edible though not worth the $4.59 I paid for it. The regular big macs and the mcchickens are much better. Their nuggets are also worth the gettin.

Ordered two Frappes took forever and couldnt drink it with a straw because the ice wasnt crushed , basically got about 1/3 of what it shouldve been . $8 for two cups of ice seems a little high
