Today everything was on point. The food was excellent, the service was more polite today than most day. Wasn't full so there was actually some where to sit and enjoy the food instead of being to noisy and tables all dirty like most of the time. So overall I say A+.

Food wasn't delivered to the table, despite the kiosks giving that option, and us choosing it. Everything tasted overcooked and stale. No soda fountain in the lobby. No play places anymore. Mcdonalds sucks these days

One of the ugliest place, worst managers and staff, no respect for the customers and food, they treating customers as beggers, not even eligible for rating. For all other customers please don’t go for this location

This is the most aggressive, rude, incompetent restaurant in the entire world. They WILL steal your money and act like you are the problem when you are trying to get your money back for their failures. I did a mobile order last night of 2 qp meals and a happy meal. Picked up and stupidly didn't check the bag. Got home and there was 2 small chicken sandwiches and 10 chicken nuggets in the bag. Called and they were aware of the issue already and said to call back in the morning and speak to Tommy or Brenda. I called this morning and was met with an extremely aggressive person named Jayden saying that she wouldn't tell me when I would be able to speak with a general manager and why didn't I drive 13 miles back to the store after getting home last night to exchange the food. I told her I called and spoke to 2 nice people that both told me it was a simple issue and to just call in the morning. She didn't want to hear anything from me and kept going on about why didn't I come back last night. She WANTED an argument. This is just the latest problem with this place. We have had hair in our food, been ridiculed by the evening manager for a mobile order from "2 HOURS AGO, 2 HOURS AGO." As She kept loudly yelling, repeating it in order to try to embarrass us. That wasn't Jayden, that was the lady with the long braids and colors in her hair that also gets angry if you have a question. These people are SO argumentative. There's no smiling faces or friendly attitudes at all. They are hostile and rude. I'm going to start filming every interaction so that people can see the attitude these people have towards customers. It really is appalling. To get angry with a customer that needs help understanding a receipt or charge is absolutely unacceptable.
