Caleb was amazing! I came into outback after leaving another restaurant because of a bad experience so my mood was a little down. He really made my day! He was so energetic and made great recommendations. He even went far as to making me a cocktail sauce to go with my shrimp. He was the best!! Everyone at this location is great, even in the curbside. All around I had a great experience. Caleb almost brought me to tears today. I was really touched my him. So thank you!! I will come sit down more often now because I usually do curbside.

Our experience was wonderful from the hosts to our waiter who helped us. Caleb made sure we had what when needed when needed with urgency. The food has been wonderful and we never have a bad experience when we come here. Would highly recommend Beckley Outback off Harper Road!

Caleb our server was so kind, accommodating, and just overall amazing. I have never in my life received such amazing and attentive service. He was on top of everything despite being so busy. Caleb definitely made our experience so much better by being our server. I will always request him going forward.

If you appreciate a well run eatery then give this location a try. Our meals were spot on, the performance of the entire staff yielded a shining example for the other steak houses in the greater Beckley area to replicate. Morgan and Ali dealt with a minor hiccup to our order flawlessly without any interruptions to the placement of our table's meal. Thanks, we'll be back.

Our waitress seemed like she had too much going on. Table beside us was there waiting for drinks when we showed up. Half of our table got drinks before they did. When the manager or maybe owner passed she noticed the next table still didn't have drinks so she personally went and got them. About 5 minutes later the rest of our drinks showed up. Waitress asked if we wanted more bread-we said yes and she responded "well your food will be out soon". Then we didn't talk to her again till she asked if we needed Togo boxes. Someone different brought our food out and no one checked after food was delivered. We had 2 kids with French fries so we were really needing some Ketchup. I got the Alfredo with steak... ordered it medium to med well. It came out like a brick extremely well done. Also the steak looked as if it was cut into pieces but all the pieces were stuck together in a long log. As if it had been packaged then microwaved or something. The shrimp were also very cold. For a 25 dollar plate I was extremely disappointed. The kids french fries were also all cut in half... I don't understand why but they were definitely re fried. They were full of grease.
