7-21-24 Last night, I made a mobile order, and was greeted promptly by the female working the window. Handed me my drinks. Then she vanished, and an EXTREMELY RUDE male came to the window, asked what I was waiting for, and I told him I had a mobile order, and the name. More rude attitude from him.
Then it took 20 MINUTES for them to give me my food. Which was cold.
If this is a franchise location, corporate needs to take it back. If it’s a corporate location, management needs written up.

We ate there today. I had beef soft tacos and my girlfriend had the chicken soft tacos. They were terrible. My beef didn't have a teaspoon of beef, it was like a salad in a shell. My girlfriend's only had chicken on on out of three also a salad in a shell.

Ordered a number 13, 3 spicy potato tacos and an order of chips and cheese, everything was good except I didn’t get the chips..I got the cheese but no chips at all, normally I wouldn’t even stress something that small but they were for my daughter
