7-21-24 Last night, I made a mobile order, and was greeted promptly by the female working the window. Handed me my drinks. Then she vanished, and an EXTREMELY RUDE male came to the window, asked what I was waiting for, and I told him I had a mobile order, and the name. More rude attitude from him.
Then it took 20 MINUTES for them to give me my food. Which was cold.
If this is a franchise location, corporate needs to take it back. If it’s a corporate location, management needs written up.
Parking: An absolute nightmare.

We ate there today. I had beef soft tacos and my girlfriend had the chicken soft tacos. They were terrible. My beef didn't have a teaspoon of beef, it was like a salad in a shell. My girlfriend's only had chicken on on out of three also a salad in a shell.

They just can’t get the order right two weeks in a row, the employees that work there are dirty and tattooed, and just isn’t what should be expected from this chain. Clean house, really clean staff means better service means better food means more business.

Unbelieveable! I go through the drive through. I'm the Only customer at this store! I order 2 steak quesedilias with No Jelepeno sauce. I get home the jelepeno sauce is literally dripping out of the tortilla shells! I will Never eat here again. If they can't handle a simple 2 tortilla order I could only imagine a big order.

Guess they ran out the shredded beef so they’re using ground beef in new dipping taco box…..which ok it was still good but at least let the consumer be aware so they can make the decision if they want it that way or not I ate it but couldn’t help but notice that’s ground beef not the same shredded beef I’ve been

I have dairy allergies and accidentally forgot to remove sour cream , the staff very kindly remade the order and my husband's $5 cravings box just put of pure kindness, no extra charge! Huge shout out to the staff working on Wednesday night 8/30 this helped make our road trip to a funeral alot
