This quaint cafe has incredible food, a stylish atmosphere, and excellent service. We stopped in for breakfast on a recent visit to Berkeley Springs and were really blown away by how good the food was. Everything is made from scratch, even the donuts - which came in several mouth-watering varieties including Chocolate Guinness (in honor of St. Patrick's Day!) The food was excellent!!! I ended up getting takeout and was advised 15 minutes. Food was prepared quickly and was perfect. I will definitely stop in again next time I'm passing through.

Today on our way to run an errand at Walgreens next McDonald's. I called Charlotte's to place a carryout order. A man answered the phone and I placed my order and left my name. I was told food would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived at Charlotte's right on time to get food. I dropped my mother off to run in as I doubled parked.
