Maybe it was because we came between regular lunch and dinner times on a weekday, but the burgers were dry and fries a bit soggy. The service is friendly. After having read the reviews we couldn’t believe the bathroom didn’t have any paper towels since that was a complaint in several reviews. The pool table was available and a good way to spend time waiting for the food to be ready.There’s not much parking out front.

This place is amazing!! The food was incredible, the people who worked there were soooo nice and friendly, the atmosphere was great, the inside is so beautiful and there is the newer touchscreen version of "jukebox" u can pay n play songs n they have a pool table.... It was absolutely awesome. We also bought some ice cream, I got 1 scoop in a waffle cone n let me tell u 1 scoop is all u need! She packed the waffle cone full, I literally ate half n had 2 ask for a cup 2 put it in 2 save for after eating.... My husband got a milkshake which was pretty good size, he didn't even finish his. The burger was huge n soooo good!! The amount of food u get is huge in my opinion and the prices r well worth the amount u get plus the taste! Hands down loved it!!! Will definitely b back that's for sure!!!

Wanted to like it, but after 5 visits, the food is consistently just mediocre and the bathrooms are not clean. I've given them a year, and tried several times but I didn't think it's meant to be for us.

Very cool little diner, ice cream shop, and for the locals, it may be a hang out. The food was very good, everything that I had, and my family had eaten was definitely delicious and the staff were so very kind to me and the children. They had a good variety of ice cream, which was surprisingly good. There is a pool table that is free to play, a claw machine, and an ATM. This is a cool little place hidden in a small town. Must stop in and try if you are passing through.

I was a little disappointed that we didn't get crinkle fries as they are my favorite and I asked for them, and got something else. The fountain soda machine had a sign that it was out of order, but they had bottled soda and gave us cups of ice which was nice. The burgers were really good. Delicious even. The building was nice and spacious and seemed pretty clean. Looks like it is probably owned by a family and they were super nice and friendly. I would definitely reccomend.

Visiting from out of town, wish I lived closer because I would come here at least once a week! The burgers were phenomenal, you can put them up against anybody. Staff was very nice, atmosphere is fun and clean. If you are in Berkeley Springs you have to eat here.

Came to visit family in Maryland. We went shopping in Berkeley Springs and I wanted a club sandwich. Looked up local food and found this gem of place! Burgers were phenomenal!!! The shakes were outstanding! We got the Oscar, which came with a fried egg, the build your own, a chicken wrap and we ordered one to go, the Johnny Electric, which we heard was great! We got to play pool and listen to music while we waited - super cool place! This will officially be a stop for each trip we take out here. Highly recommend Dexter's!

Went here for lunch after going to Berkeley Springs State Park. Let me say that everything is made from scratch here and came out hot and fresh. I ordered their cowboy burger and it was amazing. I plan on being back. Highly recommend this place.
