My husband and I were so excited to find this golden nugget in Berkeley Springs. We were welcomed by two very friendly ladies, inwhich we enjoyed talking with. The atmosphere was filled with my favorite Christian music. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone. We can't wait to go back.

You ladies are absolutely wonderful!!! I was so glad to find something close by during our vendor event at the Ice House. Breakfast was amazing… and the truffles!!!! 🥰🤍 I’ll be back during Apple Butter Festival!

Very homestyle feel, very good food. Takes a long time to get your food, so not the place to go if you are in a hurry. We had BLTs which had a lot of bacon and what tasted like home-grown tomatoes. It'skind of pricey, but not as much as other places to eat in the downtown district. If you want cheaper without lower quality, you have to go outside of town. They have a huge selection. Overall, I would definitely come back.

We purchased tasty boba, homemade pie, and chocolate truffles. The staff was so nice and helped us decide on items from their extensive drink menu. This tiny cafe is tucked at the end of the block near the center square of Berkeley Springs. Definitely check it out!

Dietary restrictions: They have some gluten free options!

Best coffee in Berkeley Springs. Extra points for their coffee ice cubes.

I have mostly gotten frozen frappucino's. But every once in a while I do get something to eat. Their food is very good.

Parking: Since I have never seen a lot of people in there, there is always plenty of parking

Absolutely a place to visit!
We stopped in with a party of 8 mid-morning and Wow were we well taken care of. The ladies made us right at home, worked as a team to make sure our needs were met.

All the cold coffee drinks came with coffee ice cubes! Seriously?!?! Not a drop was left. The cold drinks were delicious as well. My hot mocha (yep that guy on the 91 degree day) was wonderful.

The food was amazing. Everyone loved their sandwiches and my daughter has a gluten allergy and great care was taken with hers. My son and I got the Scramble Bowls (bread bowls people!) and we were both thrilled with our meal. He got the Philly Bowl and I got the Spicy Scramble (and it was PERFECT).

Thank you Ladies for making our last morning in Berkeley Springs wonderful. You have a beautiful thing going. We can’t wait to return.

So yummy!! Ice cubes made from coffee so your drink isn’t watered down, genius! We will be back to try the breakfast!

My girlfriends and I ordered iced oat milk lattes and it was awful and way overpriced. The drink tasted like sweetened oat milk. We drank half and then dumped them out and found that the only coffee within the drink were the iced coffee cubes…Definitely not the caffeine boost or drink we were hoping for. To top it off, there were hidden fees. I asked if they substitute regular milk for oat milk, they said yes. They asked if we wanted flavoring and we asked for vanilla. What they failed to tell us until we got the receipt is that there was an extra charge of $4 for these changes! Each latte was over $8 - more expensive than Starbucks and definitely not at good. We will not be returning or recommending.

Delicious breakfast sandwich and coffees! Attention to every detail. Even our iced coffee had coffee ice cubes and my espresso was delicious with extra whipped cream. Breakfast all day, one of my favorite things. Staff very friendly and helpful. Old school hospitality. I didn’t know what to expect from the outside but the inside was full of sweets, treats, savories, bread bowls, and drinks. 10/10 would return.
