First off I have to say that the management is tops here, but I have to say that the employees are negligent at times and they don't follow instructions like when I asked for no pickles and no mustard they always get confused and a lot of times they gave me the wrong stuff! I have swallowed their mistake at times but one time when I asked for no pickles or mustard they gave no ketchup no cheese and I went home and I was pissed off because the only thing on there was the hamburger and some tiny bit of onions. I had to put my own cheese on it. It really upset me for the price they are charging now! I would like to know why in a small town like this where the economy is depressed they are charging $11.33 for a quarter pounder meal this is just extortionate when I go over to Hancock the Burger King charges me $3 less, come on people I don't know who's making the prices. I guess they want to be able to pay their employees more than minimum wage. But like I said the managers there are really nice and they will take care of things when I bring it to their attention. But always check your food before you leave the drive-thru! I know I shouldn't eat fast food but I only go there like once a week.

This is a very good McDonalds! The employees are awesome! I love bringing my grandkids here. They are always happy and it is very relaxing for me. Always exceeds my expectations.
I ordered a plain mcdouble and they scraped the condiments off one and when I called and complained very passed off from my home 25 miles away the manager basically laughed and said we can put you on the books for a sandwich then threaten to call the cops when I come in to get another sandwich if I can't control my language so they don't think customers have rights either

I've eaten at many McDonald's, but this McDonald's has the best service I've ever experienced. My husband just ordered ice cream and they specially brought it to our table. We visited on different days to see if they had different service attitudes depending on the cashier. But they provided the same high-quality service both times, which is very admirable. I must write a review to praise them. It's great!

Waited 25 minutes for 2 hamburgers, chicken Big Mac and a small fries. The manager is yelling at employees in the back, saying she is going to send them home! Had to be over 10 employees in the back working yet it took forever to get our food and other people were complaining as well.
This was the 1st time we've had "bad" food at this location. The chicken big mac that my bf had had almost no sauce and a ton of lettuce. My quarter pounder was luke warm and tasted "off," not like spoiled but the seasoning was strange and it was dry. I know things happen, so it's not a huge deal, but it was disappointing and frustrating when things cost as much as they do. This is our favorite McDonald's location, so we will definitely be back. We just hope the food is as good as it is normally.

DIRTY,warm food and served sloppy fries were cold and the other half was lukewarm.Sandwich looked like it fell off and they put it back on.It will be a long time before I eat at McDonalds again.
