Used drive thru for mobile order. Person started taking order and then cut me off to help girl in other lane that must have been a local and then helped the car behind her that also had WV plate so probably another local. Ended up in drive thru for 21 minutes. Food was cold by time we got it. Pooper way to handle customers. Not local but go through area several times a year. Will likely wait for Winchester next time through. Not first bad experience with this store.

This McDonald's is always happy to see my service animal in the drive through. They always know he is getting his 2 week reward for work well done. Double cheeseburger ketchup and cheese only. No bread. He is a meat eater.

we stopped at this McDs to and from vacation. whether breakfast or lunch time, staff was great- amazing attitudes, one of the fastest and accurate McDs I've been to even though they are always busy! place was very clean which while traveling is a treat to use a clean bathroom! thank you for being awesome!

Five star ratings are based in the context of McDonald’s alone. I’m not saying you’re gonna get a filet mignon here obviously. Came in for an early lunch and sat down. The kitchen area and the dining area both appeared to be in working order and clean. Service was friendly and the food came out hot and fresh.

Twice they forgot something while going through the drive-thru: a S'mores McFlurry, and second, when I came with my daughter, they forgot her apple juice. They were also out of honey mustard. You guys should ask if you want sauces with fries. I just received honey mustard at a different time, and they lied to me about that. If you don't like your job, don't work here. Possibly, management needs change. From reading the past reviews, this is pretty bad, and you owe your customers an apology.

Was charged .80 for butter for two biscuits. It was labeled breakfast sauce. Server could not tell us what that was. Then on top of that we never got the butter or strawberry jelly or a fork or knife to spread it. FYI to anybody that buys there....CHECK YOUR RECIEPT.
