The food was fantastic and fresh, the prices are great, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff was super friendly! They totally messed our order up. I ordered beef lomein and got shrimp, my wife ordered chowmein in got fried rice, the crab Rangoon was terrible wasted 30 dollars in couldn't eat it will never go here again

Very good Chinese food, best in the area and better than some places in Martinsburg snd Hagerstown. Always come here when working in the Berkeley Springs area. Food is always fresh and hot. Service is very good very friendly. Would highly recommend.

So glad we drove out to Panda Restaurant! We came about 25 mins after hearing good things and it was well worth the drive. The restaurant is very clean and the service was friendly and attentive. We ordered the pork wonton soup( delicious) the hot and sour soup ( so wonderful for when you are feeling sick) sesame, orange, and curry chicken with onion. All were wonderful and very well seasoned. The price is great for the amount of food. Will absolutely make the drive any time we are craving Chinese.
