Nice view, even when it starts to rain
Great view but it's just a pull off on the side of the road. The barriers are covered with graffiti. Great for sunsets we went Early in the Morning and there was no one there. I highly recommend stopping by and then going to the bath house.
Epic site for sunsets! A must see if your in/around Berkeley Springs.

Panorama Bar & Grill offers a stunning location with a view across from one of the best views in the area. While the indoor seating may not provide the best vantage point, the bar, pool tables, and friendly service make it a good spot for casual gatherings. The food is well-reviewed, particularly the Panorama burger and fries with cheese and bacon.
