This is not a truck stop. A truck stop provides services for truck drivers. I am a driver who needs a restroom. I just walked up to this building and was greeted with a sign that said the restrooms are for paying customers only. I was not going to purchase anything today and I guarantee that I will not stop here again to spend any of my money. I'm surprised to see the Southern Belle only has 3.5 stars as, imho, it's the very best breakfast in Berkeley Springs. Now, it's not fancy and maybe that's why it ranks so low. In fact, it's as 'unfancy' as one can get. Come in, seat yourself in a booth or table, and enjoy a delicious and generous meal. We've eaten there many many times for breakfast and have never been disappointed - never. The hot cakes? If you're driving through and not a local go elswhere. 75 minutes for a hamburger and an omelet. Then the omelet was inedible. Literally paid the bill and drove down the road to McD's. Hard to believe any truckers would stop there more than once.
