“While pumping gas outside of Birch River Subway tonight, we watch the 2 cops parked off the on ramp pull over 4 cars in the short time it took to top off our truck. Unfortunately our trailer lights are out and we just knew our days were number when we pulled back out to hit the insterstate. We had already decided we were going to dine at subway so as we walked inside, our spirits down, we knew no sandwich was going to bring us back up from the brink of dispare. WERE WE EVER WRONG! The young girl making our subs tonight bantered back and forth with us and brought a smile to our long faces. We didn't know at the time she was a sandwich making genius! But my God! I've never seen such wrap making skills! After biting into our perfectly toasted, perfectly balanced sandwiches from the gods, we forgot all about our impending doom. What tail lights! So we would like to thank this sweet girl for her service tonight. And suggest she gets a raise! Also, bonus! The cops were busy with another car when we came through and we didn't even get pulled over! Best subway experience ever!“
