“The food was typical Arby's, you know what to expect. The young man working the register was very attentive and friendly. We had just left a basketball game and were headed home and after noticing a few other families all wearing similar clothes had come in, he asked what we had attended. After my response, he went on to ask if our team had won or lost and showed a genuine sense of interest. This isn't something you commonly see with a younger generation so it was a very pleasant experience! You all have a great employee in him!!“

“Being out on the road as a woman, I have to leave a review on this Pilot Travel Stop. . I stop at many truckstops and you can always appreciate a pilot when you walk in the place and you smell Cinnabon, you go to the bathroom they got little flowers and potpourri right in the door it's clean it smells fresh, based on that alone, this is one of the best rest stops I've been to and I'm all over the place on the road. Some of these places, you rather piss outside then pull your panties down in some of these bathrooms. I have to give this pilot in Sutton West Virginia five stars.“

“The manager was really friendly. He seemed to care that everyone was enjoying their time there. They gave me the wrong sandwich (ordered a baconator but ended up with a Dave's double) but I enjoyed the vibe of the place so much, I didn't care. Also, the double was very good.“

Smiling faces and upbeat, positive attitudes from the helpful and accommodating staff lands this restaurant's ranking above all of their competitors. They "out star" all the rest as far as service goes for sure!!“

“Food was familiar. Menu is hard to read, with all the diff restaurant menu bits and pieces, maybe make a duplicate to read before you get to the point of ordering?There was a very long back up. I was surprised to see how young the "kid" was, workung the window and apparently calling the shots, gently motivating/urging his crew to move faster due to the developing line.“

“Great food, its,a very busy place. Staff are friendly and pleasant.Only one problem customers standing against the entry door talking and smoking. They are not supposed to stand against the door and smoke. I have severe allergies and cigarette smoke just about kills me so why were these 2 inconsiderate people permitted to smoke in the door?“

The employees are the nicest around, and their shakes and ice cream are always the best! ?Wheelchair accessibility: They have a drive thru and two windows you can go up to order from, and they have a lot of outdoor seating with string lights everywhere. It has a good ambience.“

“Service is becoming worse and worse. The drive thru speaker is pretty much non existent, you can't hear them at all and then they get upset when you ask them to repeat. The food was so salty I couldn't eat it and to top it off.... this is The SLOWEST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.“

“Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Service was fast, and the food was good. The wings were a bit small but well prepared. We got drinks to go at no additional cost. Nice touch. I'd like to see the salad bar return, but in all a semi regular stop for us in central WV just off the interstate.“
