I ordered inside to go and waited almost 20 minutes for my food. At ten minutes i started asking about it as i saw my number up on the sceeen and then it was gone. The third person i asked finally helped me. The food was pretty good, but my lunch break was over.
We waited in lane 1 at the speaker while they took 4 or 5 cars in lane 2. We left. This is not a one time thing. The last time we traveled through we waited for about 1/2 an hour for our food. This was our last attempt to buy from this McDonalds.

Had to wait 15 minutes for a simple strawberry shake. Then the lady that was handing out the food at the second window decided to tell the truck behind us (after we were told to pull up to wait for our food and strawberry shake) to beep their horn at us. They were also told too yell at us to move from where we were told by McDonald's employees to park and wait for our order.
