“We had a takeout meal and it was ready on time. We got the beef brisket, pulled pork, and a whole chicken which were excellent. Our side dishes of green beans, potato salad, and coleslaw were also delicious. The coleslaw had an interesting twist with a little spice in it. Their cornbread is also really good and a little bit different recipe we enjoyed.“

It paired beautifully with my Parmesan Crusted Chicken! My daughter’s 12 oz New York Strip was cooked perfectly to medium-well, and she enjoyed her street corn (ordered plain). My husband’s 7 oz salmon was also delicious and paired nicely with the rice and asparagus. While my son enjoyed his hand-breaded chicken tenders, they were a little heavy on the pepper for his taste, though he does tend to prefer more bland flavors. Both kids absolutely loved the mashed potatoes! We had a great experience.“

We ordered an 8-ounce sirloin (medium) with a baked potato, a salad, and their signature fresh-baked yeast rolls. When the steak arrived, it was unfortunately well-done instead of medium. However, the service team quickly turned things around. Our waitress, Kassie, was attentive and immediately addressed the issue. Shortly after, Tracy, the floor manager, personally brought our corrected order back to the table and apologized for the mistake. Their professionalism and quick response really stood out. Aside from this, everything else was perfect. The food was delicious, the rolls were warm and fluffy, and the call-ahead seating made our arrival seamless. We only waited a few minutes before being seated, which is always a plus. Texas Roadhouse continues to be one of our go-to spots for great food and friendly service. Mistakes happen, but their commitment to making things right keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!“
