So we travel a bit and we eat all over so we are use to all kinds of thing but let me tell you about Miss Kim that was working today. As we was standing in line she was taking care of a family well the father stayed up there to get the food he was getting their drinks and she called his name he walked over she rudly asked him a question he answered and then took the tray. She then placed the frostys on another tray and called his name again came to the register like she was going to help us. She then stopped the man from grabbing the tray and said I'm not done he said you called my name she said to ask the question, now she was wrong cause she was done she thought but she wasn't then bite his head off for trying to take his food. The way she spoke to him was ridiculous. We then ordered our food and while in the middle of ordering she asked if we wanted two drinks with our one meal he said no she will get one with her food. She slammed the cup down then I ordered and she slammed the other cup. We sat down and when she called our name she told us that my chicken would be another four minutes. Well the whole time we waited she was yelling at the fryer guy because he was fast enough. And I mean the WHOLE TIME we ate as well. The whole time we ate I listened to her mouth scream and laugh and yell stuff. I'm not someone to complain but she needed to talk to him nicer and privately. The food was fresh and not bad but the atmosphere was ruined by the obnoxious worker.. maybe put someone else at the front counter.

The staff was friendly but not helpful. One told us to pull forward, while another told us to wait. One member said they were out of the soda we drink and couldnt get us what we ordered, while the other said they just needed to switch the box. Im not sure if it was that the person just didn't want to switch out the box or if it was a miscommunication. The chicken sandwiches were some of the worst we have had in a while. They were extremely dry, buns were not soft, and the lettuce seemed days old. I did not get any fries but, my wife didn't even finish hers because of how they were cooked.

I’m suprized in theses days while everything is expensive elsewhere I’m glad they still have the $5.00 Biggie bag for those who struggle with meals Wendy’s is also the most healthiest options than any other fast food

Was cold the food chicken wrap

Very reasonable prices and the grandkids love the big baggy deals. They really enjoy having nuggets and hamburger in the same bag. Perfect portion for children.

We stop at White Sulphur to buy a chocolate frosty and they said that they could not sale it to us until 10:30. The last two times we stopped there they would not sale it to us. It wasn’t set up yet. And it was the rules of Windys not to sale until after 10:30am. But they had sold it to us two times before. And other places sales it before 10:30am. Said it was no problem.
