We stop at White Sulphur to buy a chocolate frosty and they said that they could not sale it to us until 10:30. The last two times we stopped there they would not sale it to us. It wasn’t set up yet. And it was the rules of Windys not to sale until after 10:30am. But they had sold it to us two times before. And other places sales it before 10:30am. Said it was no problem.

Ordered a 20 pieces buffalo nuggs. 3-5 of them were inedible, hard as a rock, definitely been sitting around for a long time. Never again.

The hotel is clean and pest free. No breakfast but the rooms have a kitchen with a stove and full size refrigerator, and microwave. Pets are allowed but are not segregated to a specific part of the building this may bother some stayers although it did not bother me. Weekly price is competative. Has guest laundry and gym.

I sometimes find myself coming to this Wendy's for a quick lunch. They've had several menu items that I really enjoy, such as the Triple Berry Frosty and the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich. The service is usually quick and good.

Chicken sandwich was dry..seemed over cooked on edges. Fries were small and not fresh. The orange frosty was delicious! Very friendly staff waited on me.

Absolutely disgusting. Men’s bathroom didn’t have running water, so not sure how employees were washing hands. No ice in the machine and the whole restaurant smelled like a sewer. Employees couldn’t care less about any of these complaints. I hope the Dept of Health investigates this place.

45 minutes! That's how long we waited for our order to go. Absolutely ridiculous! Wouldn't give a single star if I could. Asked for my money back after waiting so long and the manager was even reluctant to refund even though 4 orders after us were served. Then, when I told them that 45 minutes is ridiculous for any fast food, they looked at me said I was more than welcome to try it. Screw this place!

Bad smell in the restaurant and bathrooms. We wanted to dine in but got our food to go. Service and food were good.
