“Got the Italian to compare against the nearby Jimmy John's, and it was FAR better. Even if JJ didn't screw up our order, I don't think it's likely they would've won. Bread and ingredients tasted much better.
Also picked up a Philly. Steak was very good, but if you order it be aware they don't include onions, you have to request them even though that's standard basically everywhere. That's on me for assuming, BUT, if they aren't including those things, they honestly should be loading up more meat and cheese. The ratio is sad otherwise.
Fries were not seasoned at all. No salt, or pepper, or anything which is a shame since otherwise they're decently cooked and we like the skin on fries.“

“(as of 12/1/22 this feature has been updated) As a vegetarian I ordered using doordash; however, there was not an option that included no meat (no protein more specifically). I called in and told them that on my delivery, and they were very accommodating and respectful. I've ordered from here multiple times now, as well as dined in. I can personally say that this is the best restaurant I have attended in the state of West Virginia. Not only is the customer service amazing but the food is delicious! Definitely don't skip this one.
