“I ordered the all American Club Salad! I called back to ask who made it. Abigail answered and she asked her coworkers who made the salad. She said her manager made. I advised her that it was the best salad I've ever eaten from Subway. I told them to keep up the excellent work they are doing there. It's by far the best Subway I've ever eaten. The food is always fresh, staff is great, restaurant and restrooms are always clean. I may have to order again for dinner. Great job!!“

“Got the Italian to compare against the nearby Jimmy John's, and it was FAR better. Even if JJ didn't screw up our order, I don't think it's likely they would've won. Bread and ingredients tasted much better.
Also picked up a Philly. Steak was very good, but if you order it be aware they don't include onions, you have to request them even though that's standard basically everywhere. That's on me for assuming, BUT, if they aren't including those things, they honestly should be loading up more meat and cheese. The ratio is sad otherwise.
Fries were not seasoned at all. No salt, or pepper, or anything which is a shame since otherwise they're decently cooked and we like the skin on fries.“

“I was asked what I wanted on my sandwich and after telling the guy at register he put my order in, the guy at the grill seen two young ladies in line beside me and I could see he was nervous or something being a young we all know how it is.. he puts green pepper on it I didn't even notice it was mine until I was in front of grill area I tell him if that is mine or is not correct it was no green pepper extra mushrooms and light onions no salt and pepper, he looks at the screen says oh yeah there is alot of writing, he then puts a new chicken down and right off put salt and pepper on it he likes at the screen and sees that and he continues adding veggies I say yeah I'm not even going to say anything about that I could see he was flushed but I didn't want to embarrass him he was the only one in the grill no one topping for him there was a couple guys in the kitchen area they walked up to the door for a sec looked and went back to area ..
I was upset at first that he was not paying attention because of the field and I was being considerate of his feeling. I didn't want the salt pepper only because most over so it but I was pleased when I ate it if was good. green peppers would have not gone over well it flooded the sandwich with the flavor so over all 89% just more attention to what the costumer orders that food is expensive also I had to remind him it was too go and needed a bad to carry my order in“

“I want to address a concern regarding your store. The last several times I visited your location, I was approached by unhoused individuals in your parking lot. I understand the location you are in, but, things are becoming an issue.
About a week ago, I was there, approached by an individual wanting five dollars, to buy a cheeseburger. I, gave him change from my console of my car, and he went on his way. Today, I was approached by another man, asking for five dollars, for a cheeseburger as well. I, as most individuals are no longer carrying cash, and feeling the strain of the economy.
I proceed to tell the gentlemen, I have no cash on me. He, then goes to the several cars parked on your lot, asking other individuals for money. A lady leaving your store, is approached by him, she tells him she has no cash. The gentlemen, has the audacity to ask her to use her card!
I, spoke with one of your employees, who advised me, he is banned from your store, and they are supposed to notify the police if he is on the property. Your customers, do not want to be harassed, while at your establishment. The lady whom the gentlemen asked to use her card, looked afraid.
Another customer, was exiting her car, heard my conversation with your employee, and told us she had better lock her car doors. Definitely, not a safe environment. They may be harmless, but this situation, has gotten out of hand, and needs to be addressed. Your loyal customers, may visit other locations, to avoid the harassment.“
