We come here every single Friday night religiously. The past two Fridays we have done take out, the pregnant bar tender needs to find a new job. For a job that’s based around customer service and tips, she’s awful. She’s extremely rude, doesn’t even smile. I asked an eta on our food after we waited for 45 minutes, mind you it isn’t busy, and immediately she gave me an attitude, saying how this is why we “aren’t always doing takeout on the weekends” I had just spoken to the manager 5 minutes prior who is an absolute sweetheart and was more than happy to help me. Bartender never gave me an eta, tried to argue with me about sushi. I told her to have a great day and walked away to continue waiting on the Sushi (as I’m writing this) she also kept commenting on how “big” customers were at the bar and how she can’t wait to not be pregnant anymore so she isn’t fat like them. For her being one of the first faces you see when you walk in, it’s not a welcoming one. I’d love to talk more about this with a manger.

I got their lovely miso soup, as well as their Golden Drink, which came out tasting like a crisp Apple, which is astounding considering the strength of the drink!

We have never had a bad meal here ever!! Food is phenomenal! Atmosphere and service are wonderful and dining credits always pay for our meal. It doesn't get any better than that!! Much cheaper than steakhouse.

This was our first visit to 9 Dragon - the atmosphere was very pleasant , there was no wait & no reservation Needed . We were seated within 3-5 minutes . It was a first time experience so we were inquisitive as to the little tea kettle they brought out , our server Jini , appeared to be caught off guard when we asked questions about the tea - even “after” advising her that this was our first time there. We’re from Louisiana. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken extra spicy , my daughter ordered Kung Pao Chicken regular substitute Broccoli for peanuts due to allergy . Her order came out with Broccoli NO peanuts which was perfect mines came out NO peanuts & Not spicy at all. So when we addressed Joni that it was incorrect ; again she seemed to be irritated - I’m not sure if it was b/c we initially were seated upfront & asked to be moved to the back & she wasn’t wanting any more guests . The food taste & quality was good . At the end it appeared Jini may have just had a long shift & it was ending but overall she was a good server - just know that her irritation shows to her guests .

Had a good experience here. The food was top notch, the food was delicious and you could tell everything was made with fresh ingredients. Our waitress Rachel was wonderful, very friendly and attentive. The decor was beautiful.

Attention!!! If u wanna order any food they put MP i think u should ask how much before order it. We never think they will charge “the whole duck” is 110$. That’s insane!! All food in the menu average under 50$ we look oh they have good price. We thought in our mind it maybe like maybe 70-80$ is ok. We’ve been go to a lot restaurants we know the MP but this price is unbelievable.
