I love the location. Always walk in and get seated immediately.

Our waitress, Megan F. , was very attentive and took really great care of our 4-top table.

Everyone's meals were hot and delicious.

We love returning to this Applebee's location.

The food we had was good. We did have to wait alittle but that was ok.. Our waitress was nice she kept coming by and asking if we needed anything.

See photo to see my tasteless “medium rare” steak that came out practically well done after waiting 30+ minutes for my entree. The sides were smaller than the sides on my 2 year olds kids meal, and also tasteless and disappointing. They’ve changed a lot recently, it used to be 5 stars.
Last time we were there I got “all you can eat wings”. It took over 20 minutes for the server to come back and she was surprised when I wanted a second serving… then when she brought the second serving she brought the check. So it definitely wasn’t all you can eat.

If I could give 0 stars I would walked in and the hostess was sitting on her phone , she sat us and nothing for 25 minutes. No waitress, drinks, nothing. We ended up walking out and leaving.

Two couples got in a fight at an adjacent table. Everyone was staring but saying nothing to the fighting customers.

Our server was excellent but we had to wait forever to get utensils after our food came because the hostess never put them on the table when being seated. We actually ended up getting them ourselves at the hostess area. My salmon and mashed potatoes were great but the broccoli was dry and tasteless. The ladies' bathroom was disgusting: 1 stall had a broken lock, another had a clogged toilet, trash on the floor, the sink was backed up with water and 1 faucet was broken. I won't return to this Applebee's in Charles Town.

I had mushroom Swiss burger, with fries and caesar. The salad was crisp enough, the burger was cooked to my preference, and the fries were beautifully crisp. That was, on a Sunday night, for the last table of the service, at 11:26 PM. I am a tourist, all the way from Massachusetts. And I can say this is a good representation for the beautiful state of West Virginia. ❤️🤌⭐⭐⭐

Stopped here one night for a late dinner and drink. About 10:30, just my wife and I, sat at the bar. There was no bartender but three or four other people eating and drinking at the bar. After about 15 minutes of no sign of a bartender or anyone greeting us, we wandered over to a random waitress and asked if she could seat us at a table. She waved over to a section of booths and said someone will come if you sit over there. All that weirdness aside, once we got a waitress she was super sweet and the food was good despite being almost closing. Maybe just a late night miss on service? Bar jukebox was also very loud for some reason.

Our server Jordan was the best server experience I have ever had and I had loads of fun here 10/10 experience Jordan brightened my day and I had never laughed more.

We love the late night appetizers, especially the quesadillas and chicken won tons. I wish they’d allow them to go for the nights you don’t feel like going out but so be it. It’s clean, although I didn’t enjoy hearing what seemed to be a friend of an employee or an off-duty employee cursing with F words while trying to enjoy eating nor her two small children running and screaming. It was 35 minutes until closing, and rather empty but we were there and that was inappropriate. We ALWAYS enjoy Sabre (I know I’m getting her name wrong-I always do) serve us. She is more than accommodating and a joy to talk to.

Haven't been to Applebee's in a long time. Really good though! All you can eat @15.99 had riblets, shrimp, chicken strips. Good basic stuff. The Garlic Shrimp and Chicken was REALLY good. Also did a good job on the 6oz. sirloin. Family was pleased. Son had a Bahama Mama...good enough. Forgot to take pics.

Don’t waste your time here. They’re advertising the all-you-can-eat special. The service here is so incredibly slow, you would need to sit here for hours to get your moneys worth out of this deal. It took forever just for someone to finally come and just take our drink order. We then waited probably 30 minutes for our first order to arrive. I submitted a second order as soon as I received my first order and it still took again forever for the next one to come. No matter I got tired of waiting and just gave up. The food was dry and tasteless. I could understand if the place was packed, but we were one group of maybe five in the entire place like I said don’t waste your time here.

Waited over 15 minutes and never acknowledged that I was even there after seated. Bar fluzey working behind bar kept walking past and looking but never once spoke. Walked out at 20 minutes. Will not return and will pull my company catering from here as well.
