Applebee's Grill + Bar

Literally stood there for 15 minutes waiting to be seated. Watched staff walk by and never acknowledge us. Don't waste your time.

Asked for plain bun for hamburger medium rare came out well done and bun toasted but being hangry I ate most really sad for I've normally gotten it perfect 🙁🙁Hubby asked for the Clubhouse sandwich when did a club sandwich become grilled ham on one side and grilled turkey on the other nothing like it's picture maybe they need to have a cookbook with recipes back there for newbies come on peeps

Great service and good food. All you'd expect from your local Applebee's. Nice to drop in while we visited Charlestown. We went there because the food is consistent and flavorful. Just wish there were more vegan/vegetarian choices.

The server mixed up our food with the table in front of us but other than that she was really nice and everything was fine

The manager is so rude to his staff doesn’t treat them very well

Server, I later learned was manager. He abandoned us at another service area without advising the server. Provided no utensils or napkins. Had to track down a server who happened to be polishing the utensils and kindly gave me some along with napkins. Meanwhile appetizer and main entrees were delivered by the server of the area we were seated. Food was lukewarm and rice dried out. Had to request replenishment of beverages again from the server. When I asked where my server was, I was told they would find him. I asked for the manager. Well, it happened to be my server!!!! I advised him of my disappointment in how he abandoned us and placed more work on the other servers, he had nothing to say. When I asked for my bill, he said don’t worry about it. Asked twice, but he insisted it was ok. He began clearing the table. I’ve been to this establishment before and had no complaints. I won’t return until training is complete for the manager. It’s so unfortunate and as a former restaurant owner, I surely wouldn’t want my establishment left in this light.

Food was Horrid and seemed like it sat under a heat lamp all day Service was terrible took a half hour to get drinks appetizer didn't come out till after dinner was served waitresses standing around cussing like sailors would give 0 stars but that's not an option.... Then while eating waitress asked if she could vacuum the floors since I was her last table of the night 😡😡

Our server was bella and she was the most sweetest girl ever!! She was so attentive and interactive with us and her other tables. So kind and understanding and never saw her not smiling. Best server there by far!!

Jordan was a good server, and the chicken wonton tacos were great!

It's just a great place to eat at and the staff is so great there
