“Margarita and her team made our wedding reception a study in perfection. We received such impeccable service, she literally made the event for me and my husband. The set up was beautiful, every detail was stunning. She dealt with the torrential downpour on our outdoor wedding day with grace and professional perfection. And she was a calming and supportive presence for this stressed bride.And oh the food! The crab cakes were swoon worthy, the cheese and charcuterie table had people going back for seconds and thirds, and her vanilla cake was the best cake I have ever eaten at a wedding. We even had a vegan chocolate cake that our guests refused to believe was vegan, it was so rich and delicious.Margarita worked with us via phone and email, since we live in Albuquerque, NM and the wedding was in Charles Town, WV. She was responsive, accommodating to our gluten free guests, and more than reasonable on price. She handled all the rentals, the service, and clean up. “Market 93 was a dream to work with for our wedding. They ensured every detail was accounted for from the food to the rentals. Our wedding was on a very hot day and they all still remained so positive and upbeat. My guests are still talking about how much they loved the food! Our appetizers which were the bacon wrapped shrimp and stuffed mushrooms were a huge hit! The steak was so tender with a horseradish cream sauce and the cornbread was to die for.
