Waitress yelling and giggling so loud in the waitstaff area was enough to run people off!

Food and service have definitely improved. Prices have gone up some, but still worth it
Stopped in for a meal and had a great experience. I ordered the open-faced roast beef, and it was fantastic, flavorful, and real comfort food done right. Beyond the meal, the service was top-notch; our server was warm, attentive, and very friendly throughout. It's a great spot for good food and friendly faces. Highly recommend!

Charles Town Family Diner is a great spot for good food and friendly faces. The open-faced roast beef is fantastic, flavorful, and real comfort food done right. The crazy eggs and blueberry pancakes are amazing, plus the deserts in the case look delicious. The French onion soup is the best around. The steak & eggs, omelets with broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions, and a Tuna fish club sandwich with fries and ice tea are all available. Service is exceptional, top-notch, World Class, and very helpful, going above and then sum. Waitresses are always pleasant. It is a place not to pass without stopping to eat, and never disappointing. The old Mountain View restaurant is alive and well. 5 star food service and fair price. Highly recommend!
