Very cute diner. Came with our three kids on a Monday morning. They were super accommodating. They had coloring books, crayons, and put Disney+ on. They had a changing table in the bathroom as well. I was honestly impressed. Three employees that were very sweet. The service was great. Food was good. Loved the added touch of Mickey Mouse shaped waffles and pancakes. Coffee was hot and strong. I asked for hot sauce and they offered a homemade option. Will definitely be back.

Kid-friendliness: Very sweet and accommodating. Crayons with coloring books and cute breakfast shaped items for the littles.

This is a great local diner. The food is very good and the service is fantastic. This is a no frills dining experience. They use paper plates and plastic serving wear so if you are looking for fancy this is not the place for you but if you are looking for great food and friendly service this is the place.

The atmosphere can be a little tight, but that’s because people obviously like eating here. We enjoyed a great breakfast and some coffee to go with it. For as occupied as the place was, the service was courteous & surprisingly quick.

Been going here every Saturday for a lot of years. Everything about the place is a good memory. People are great, the food is wonderful, and you won't feel like you're breaking the bank. Breakfast is my favorite time of the day for Grandma's.

Small hole in the wall diner. Large portions, good food. Only complaint is I ordered eggs scrambled soft, and they were scrambled hard. Not the biggest deal in the world. Everything tasted great.

This was not an ideal experience, partly our fault, partly not.
We were in town for a wedding and chose this spot for breakfast. Two girls were serving us. The menu is tiny and unfortunately inaccurate. We chose scrambled eggs with bacon and a waffle. Except they ‘dont have waffles’, one of the few options on the menu, so a dissappointing start. We also got the french toast. The two servers while fine, were underwhelming. The primary server seemed to be training another girl who no offense, seemed to move in slow motion and when the original server delegated the secondary server tasks, it actually seemed to cause more delays. We blatantly avoided all potato on the menu, right in front of the server/staff, and tho we should have informed the staff my husband has a potato allergy, its not a cross contamination type of allergy so we were not worried about pancakes, french toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage having potato. But as we went to check out, noticed their rack of potato bread. This is far from the standard for french toast (usually on texas white, brioche, or the like, but not potato bread) and we highly suggest notating it as most places do list what bread is used. I asked the server, who had blatantly no clue what was used in their limited food options.

Overall, price was good, but the servers were lacking and we will now be dealing with an allergic reaction mid-wedding!

Comments: update your menu to take off what you dont sell, since we came for the waffles to begin with, and also protect patrons and staff by notating oddities on the menu.
Train staff to speak loudly enough to be heard, and teach them to ask if there are allergies which is standard.

While we are big lovers of small town and family owned places, and have never left a 3star review before, this experience was rough, and hopefully an outlier. We wish this place the best but felt we should share this experience. Our 3 star review is based on the servers and the atmosphere, not the allergy situation- tho that is in important thing that every server should be trained to ask, as well as be able to answer basic menu questions.
