I usually don't have anything to say about the location, all good service until now. I requested one cina-a-stack and two stack tres leches on the phone. Don't know if they there was a mis understanding or if my signal was bad. But I double check with them and they confirm what I ordered. Its not until I got there that they got the what I order wrong but I only got 1 tres leches instead of two. Just wish I didn't have to wait any longer then I should just to not get what I wanted as well as the wrong amount. But I understand if there was a mix up or not being able to understand me correctly.

The food was good. I ordered the fried shrimp and fries while my husband and grandson did the pancakes and bacon. our waitress was really nice and on top of things. Will definitely be back.

The service was good but the food was 45 mins late and the burger that was given was still raw in the middle. Note at the time we went it wasn't very busy.

The food was hot and fresh. Our server was friendly and courteous. My food tasted great and it came to the table on time and hot. Our server checked on us often during our meal to see if we needed anything.
I’ve been to other IHOP locations, but this one serves the largest portions. The flavors are well-balanced and not overly salty. The hash browns are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—highly recommended!

If you order through Uber.... this location does not follow the instructions on what was placed. Why even have the option to add notes if you aren't going to follow them. I will not be going here from now on.
