Food was great as usual and Amanda was a very nice and attentive waitress.
Service was very quick and who doesn't love a quiet dining room? Free wifi to add to the vibes!
The strawberry cheesecake pancakes... were AMAZING!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Firstly hospitality is out the window and favoritism is apparent . We asked if the atrium was open and they said no and was sat at a booth. As soon as someone else came in waving to everyone they got seated in said atrium that only is open on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday.) We waited an hour for food that can out barely warm. The eggs were rancid and offensive. Our waitress only came to the table about twice and one of those times were when we had to ask another waitress for a manager. The manager was clueless and unfit for the position they held. We had to get condiments from other empty tables like I said earlier because our waitress was no where to be found. They are understaffed yet have no cashiers and make the waiters take the checks. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I just left after having breakfast with my family, usually the service and the food are okay but this time the service was horrible. For starters we sat and waited for our food for 45min. to an hour and Our waitress barely came around to check on us or let us know the status of our order. We were right next to the kitchen. She was nonchalant about how long our food was taking and when it finally did come my sisters order wasn’t put in correctly she asked for no whipped cream and that’s exactly what it had on it. My mothers pancakes where dry and she didn’t like the taste of the eggs and my daughters food, which was just French toast, was barely warm. My food was bland and thrown together. The service every time my family comes and eats here is very disappointing. Plus their bathrooms stink and are never properly cleaned up.
Great food that is reasonably priced and friendly helpful staff. My only down side is when having brunch on Sunday at 12 it was so busy the noise level made it hard to have a conversation. But it's a great place for breakfast (and we are there on 4 weekdays as a consequence). So yes it's worth a visit but possibly avoid Sunday as it is a very noisy day.
The omelets are fantastic!!
The service was great but we had ants on our table and the water tasted like sewage. The first glass of water was fine but the second I think because it sat there and the Ice melted tasted horrible; I almost threw up. Makes me wonder when the ice machine was last cleaned.
This is one of the BEST IHOP's I have ever been too. We went on a Sunday. The waitress was pleasant and their Manager visited our table with coffee and was so very nice filled our cups up while having small talk on how everything was. ITS AN AMAZING PLACE. I'm JUST SAYIN
One of our favorites
Restaurantji Recommends
Terrible experience, very long wait time, almost an hour until we got our food, no one greeted us or took our order until we called someone over, floor was covered in spills and a mess, bathroom very dirty, received the wrong food, got very sick after eating the the meals, poor service, avoid this restaurant
9am it was busy and the service was fast and friendly.
The wait time is always long.... sometimes food is very good but not all the time.
I asked them to cook my burger well done and half me burger was straight pink disgusting and the I had to wait 30 minutes just to get it I would not recommend coming here at all. I'm tired of them getting my orders wrong
Waited an hour for my food
