Over the past month and a half we have visited this location 4 separate times. The lack of cleanliness is becoming concerning now. Yesterday as well as the previous visits the female’s restroom, their floors, their tables and their serving station (during times of days when they were not busy) are not clean. With that many employees and the cost of their subs there’s no reason why this location should ever be in this condition. The plus side is their staff has excellent customer service skills.
I watched an employee make a sandwich, use a broom, write with a sharpie and work the cash register all in the same set of gloves. By the time my sandwich was ready I didn’t even want it after witnessing this. The drink area was a mess also. This location needs some serious help and heath inspector visit.
Love # 2 but with swiss instead of provolone. Mayonaise amd tomato is all for me for toppings. 3 star for atmosphere is only because its freezing in any one that I have been in.
Always a great sub here... no.13 Mike's way is my favorite
Change Pepsi to Coke
The subs are fresh made and delicious
Way better than subway
Store could have been cleaner. Prep station definitely needed a clean. People were nice but kind of gross to watch your food get made. And VERY EXPENSIVE like the five guys of subs!!
We came in from Texas for birth of grandson…. Every time we come into town we know we can count on Jersey Mike’s. After long day we were starving & JM was perfect! Highly recommend.
Consistency is a good thing. I don't go here often but I will get the same chicken Philly steak and it has always been prepared well and great tasting.

I have never met 3 people that hate life more than the 3 lovely young ladies that were working this afternoon. They get a rush of 4 costumers and start taking everyone’s orders out loud (which I understand to get the grill going) BUT then proceeds to rush everyone. They have no idea whose sandwich goes to who. The young lady cooking proceeds to shake her head every time she brings a sandwich to the register. The young lady at the register doesn’t talk AT ALL. I asked to confirm that one of my sandwiches was plain and one wasn’t. Well the cook
heard this and was like these are things you need to tell her when you order. I’m like I did, I was just confirming because you seem to have 0 idea whose sandwich was going to who. Anyways this was my first time ever coming here and I am sure NOW it will be my last.
Remember when you used to be able to get a sandwich, and you could customize that sandwich? Those were the days but those days are long gone, I’m afraid. Waitstaff refused to put my sub in the oven, stating that it came off the “cold sub” menu. 😳
She said that was a rule. I was ok with her putting my sub into the oven — I wanted this, actually, I even encouraged it, but she said this was an official rule that no worker may place any cold sub off the cold sub menu into the oven.
(They are very serious about doing as little work as possible here that they make up bogus rules that make no sense… which is why we will find a regular Mom and Pop Sandwich shop that will just make your sammich the way you want it).

Used to be very friendly staff and always good subs but lately staff has been very unfriendly and pay no attention as I always ask for no jalapeños and yet I always get jalapeño, not that hard. Pay that much for a sub you’d like it to be the way you order

Second time we’ve ordered to go and they can’t make a sub the way you asked what a shame you can’t get a decent meal in Charles Town
